Ordering: Orders can be placed on-line or by telephone. We are constantly striving to achieve satisfaction and as all our Nappy Cakes and Baby Hampers are made to order, we welcome your call and suggestions to enable us to create that perfect gift . On receipt of your order, we will e-mail confirmation. Orders placed before 12noon Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next working day and should be delivered to the recipient by 3pm the following day. Orders placed over the weekend or on bank holidays will be dealt with promptly on the next working day. We will further e-mail to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
Delivery; We use Interlink, a reputable and reliable company who operate a track and trace on line service.
Please note; While every effort will be made to deliver your gift on a required date, Snugglebums cannot be held responsible for late delivery and respectfully suggest that you allow sufficient time when placing your order.
We can send your chosen gift to you, to hand deliver, or directly to the recipient. Please ensure that the recipients name, address and postcode are entered correctly as we cannot be held liable for incorrect information. We do not make a charge for re -delivery, but missed deliveries can increase the risk of loss or damage to an item.
We have a standard delivery charge of £8.95 per item anywhere in mainland UK. Snugglebums is pleased to offer FREE same day delivery to Derriford hospital maternity unit.
Returns policy; We guarantee customer satisfaction but if a gift is to be returned, please contact us immediately and return the goods, unopened, within 7 days. Orders cannot be cancelled once the goods are dispatched.
